QIGONG CLASSES ON ZOOM
Every Monday and Friday Morning at 8:00 a.m. EDT (5:00 a.m PDT/1:00 p.m. for UK/BST folks)
Tuesdays at 12:00 p.m. ETD (9 a.m. PDT/5 p.m. for UK/BST folks)
Investment: $15 (in your currency).

To receive the Zoom link(s) for classes subscribe below to receive notification of classes and events. You can unsubscribe at any time. You can also email [email protected] to request the link for a specific class (pre-payment for the class is required).
If you cannot attend a class live, no problem, simply invest in the class and you will receive the recording.
If I have to cancel an individual class, I'll send an email to everyone subscribed to my email list.

At Shangrila Yoga https://shangrilayoga.com, 111 Mount Pleasant Ave, London, ON. Lots of free parking. Fee: $15 Cash or e-Transfer to [email protected] OR pre-pay $60 for 4 classes and receive your 5th class free. Pre-registration not required. Simply show up and we'll be thrilled to have you! Bring indoor shoes or do the class barefoot (plus a yoga mat or cushion for the meditation at the end of class). |
Spring is here! We're playing QiGong outside in Kiwanis Park, kitty-corner across the street and just a few houses south of Trinity United Church Community Centre, entrance beside 624 Hale Street. We're close to the parking lot per the above photo.
