OR pre-pay $60 for 4 classes and receive your 5th class free. 

Pre-registration not required. Simply show up and we'll be thrilled to have you!

Bring indoor shoes or do the class barefoot (plus a yoga mat or cushion for the meditation at the end of class).

Spring/Summer/Fall - weather permitting: We play QiGong outside in Kiwanis Park  - entrance beside 624 Hale Street. ​

Every Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. - access to both sun and shade available.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket or lawn chair for the meditation portion at the end of class.

 I’m thrilled to continue teaching weekly QiGong classes through the City of London’s 55+ Program. Perfect for staying energized, relaxed, and moving with ease. You can join any time for a prorated fee.

 👉🏻 Tuesdays: South London Community Centre, 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. (class is FULL, waitlist available)
 👉🏻 Thursdays: North London Optimist Community Centre, 10 - 11 a.m.
