As we head into Fall, I invite you to something really special - my first day retreat for women. 

It's the perfect opportunity to unplug from the outside world, recharge your batteries, and find that still space of presence within you -  all while connecting with other like-hearted women, taking time to play, and to plug in with nature.

This transformational experience includes:

🍁 QiGong - slow gentle movement with the breath - a beginner practice, suitable for all fitness levels
🍁 Guided Meditation 
🍁 A Fun Therapeutic Art exercise facilitated by Hailey Tallman - no art experience necessary 
🍁 Delicious Lunch

Kim Louise Morrison is a Certified Holden QiGong Teacher, international bestselling author, and Certified Coach Practitioner with expertise in various energetic healing modalities such as Reiki, IET, Access Bars, and Healing Touch. Having overcome her own struggles with self-judgment, she now guides others in breaking free from self-judgment to thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through her unique blend of healing practices, coaching, and motivational speaking, Kim empowers individuals to build confidence and create lives of freedom and fulfillment.

Hailey Tallman is an Art Therapist and Community Development Coordinator who helps people heal and reconnect through creativity. She developed Paint Your Inner Voice, a therapeutic art process that guides individuals back to their inner wisdom within supportive community. Hailey loves crafting experiences that awaken self-expression and belonging. She believes that creativity, connection, and compassion are not only vital for women’s mental wellness, but also powerful forces for positive global change.

QIGONG CLASSES ON ZOOM ARE PRESENTLY ON HOLD. I'M PLANNING TO RETURN TO AT LEAST ONE ZOOM CLASS PER WEEK SOMETIME IN THE FALL 2025! If you are interested, please reach out with your available days/times (and time zone).

I've been guiding private 1:1 QiGong sessions on Zoom - helping clients release stress and pain, while increasing energy and feeling grounded in their bodies.

 Lots of free parking.

Fee: $15 Cash or e-Transfer to [email protected]
OR pre-pay $60 for 4 classes and receive your 5th class free. 

Pre-registration not required. Simply show up and we'll be thrilled to have you!

Bring indoor shoes or do the class barefoot (plus a yoga mat or cushion for the meditation at the end of class).

FOR SEPTEMBER: We're continuing to play QiGong outside in Kiwanis Park, kitty-corner across the street and just a few houses south of Trinity United Church Community Centre, entrance beside 624 Hale Street. ​

Every Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. - access to both sun and shade available.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket or lawn chair for the meditation portion at the end of class.

 I’m thrilled to continue teaching weekly QiGong classes through the City of London’s 55+ Program. Perfect for staying energized, relaxed, and moving with ease. You can join any time for a prorated fee.

 👉🏻 Tuesdays: South London Community Centre, 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
 👉🏻 Thursdays: North London Optimist Community Centre, 10 - 11 a.m.
