What is QiGong?
QiGong is an ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine body/mind/spirit practice that can help you release stress and increase your energy. It’s easy-to-learn with gentle movements and breathing and can be practiced at any age and any fitness level. Benefits can also include increased mobility and feeling more calm and centred.

"I attended a class with Kim Morrison tonight at &Asanas and feel so calm and relaxed now. This was the sixth class I have taken with Kim, and if it is possible I feel the classes have gotten better and better.
I love how Kim describes each move and I feel she gives the right amount of information about the benefits of those moves each time without speaking too much. That way we learn what we need and then get to enjoy the wonderful movements with some soft soothing music in the background. Afterwards she does a beautiful short meditation which I find is a perfect way to end the class.
I fell in love with QiGong a few years ago and until now have not been able to attend any classes in person and I find them very different. It is a gentle movement that is beneficial for both the body and the mind. I used to believe that slow movement was not as good for me as intense exercise but after doing QiGong my thoughts on this have changed.
